Restore a purchase

Open Ex Back, tap Settings, then Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: your order history in the Play Store, or Google Play refunds.

Delete your data

Everything you write in Ex Back is stored only on your phone. In the app: Settings, Clear my data. Store purchase records are managed by Apple or Google; clearing app data does not delete or refund a purchase.
